- We do not collect analytics or crash reports. Only data necessary for authentication and core functionality is processed.

-Maya AI may collect or access your device’s Google Advertising ID due to technical requirements of integrated Google and Firebase SDKs. This identifier is not used for advertising or marketing by Maya AI.

- To provide, maintain, improve, and personalize MAYA AI.

- To enable features such as authentication and AI-powered chat.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

- We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

4. AI Assistant Limitations

- MAYA AI is designed for supportive conversations for mental wellness only.

- MAYA AI does NOT provide medical advice or diagnosis, and does not suggest or prescribe medication.

- All responses generated by the app are supportive in nature, and are not a substitute for professional mental health services.

- We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Data necessary for authentication may be retained as long as you use the app.

- You may request deletion of your personal account data at any time by contacting us.

- MAYA AI is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age.
