$2 million Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance
All alcohol‑related documentation must be submitted to confirm your booking.
A $200 refundable damage deposit may be required, particularly for:
Larger events
Events with alcohol
Weddings or receptions
Multi‑day rentals
Events with food and beverage service
The deposit must be paid to secure your booking.
All rental fees are due at least 7 days prior to your event date.
Approved events running past 2:00 a.m. are subject to a $250 after‑hours surcharge.
Remaining past 2:00 a.m. without prior approval may result in additional enforcement action.
Renters are responsible for:

Returning furniture to its original layout

The HPO provides tables and chairs only, sufficient for the maximum rated capacity of 150 people.
The HPO does not provide:
Sound systems or speakers
Microphones
Projectors or screens
Linens, décor, or staging
Renters are responsible for supplying any additional equipment required for their event.
How do I cancel my rental?
All event cancellations must be submitted by email to HPObookings@gmail.com. Phone calls, text messages, or verbal notice are not accepted. Cancellation timing, refunds, and applicable fees are determined in accordance with the HPO General Rental Agreement.
