Benson The Rabbit is a child-friendly offline game published by HPLpro Games, a trading name of HPLPRO LIMITED. We designed it to work without advertising, user accounts, social features or behavioural analytics.
Level progress, settings, earned coins, toys, decorations and other game choices are stored locally on the device. We do not receive this information. Android's backup system may back up this local data according to the device owner's Google settings.
The optional full-game purchase is processed by Google Play. The game asks Google Play whether the purchase is owned so it can unlock or restore the purchased content. Payment details are handled by Google, not by HPLpro Games or HPLPRO LIMITED. Google's handling of purchase and account information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play terms.
The game does not ask a child for a name, email address, location, photograph, voice recording or other personal information. It contains no chat, advertising, external social links or user-created content sharing. Purchase controls are placed behind a Parents code.
The release uses Google Play Billing and therefore can access the internet and network state when checking or processing a purchase. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or advertising-ID permission.
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers. Local game progress remains on the device unless it is removed by the device owner or handled by Android backup. Purchase records are retained by Google according to Google's policies and legal obligations.
We may update this policy if the game or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to hplprogames@gmail.com.

Bar by Bar – Practice Log ("the app") is made by HPLPRO LIMITED, trading as HPLpro Games, a company based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us").
Contact: hplprogames@gmail.com · Website: https://sites.google.com/view/hplprogames
The app does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your practice log stays on your phone, and we never receive it.
The app stores the pieces and exercises you add, your practice sessions (date, time, length and any notes you write), any goals you set, the practice points and badges you earn, your settings, any timer that is running and whether Pro is unlocked.
All of this is stored only on your device, inside the app's private storage. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools. It does not use advertising IDs, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell or share any data.
If you choose "Back up my data" or "Export CSV", the app creates a file and you choose where it goes – for example a folder on your phone, Google Drive or an email. We don't receive a copy. Once you send a file to another app or service, that service's own privacy policy applies.
If Android's own backup is turned on for your phone, Android may include the app's data in your phone's backup to your Google account, as it does for most apps. That backup is controlled by you, Android and Google; we can't see it.
The optional one-off Pro upgrade is sold and processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We never see or store your card or payment details.
Google Play tells the app whether Pro has been bought, and the app remembers this on your device. As the seller, Google provides us with limited order information (such as an order number, date, price and country) through the Google Play Console. We use it only for accounting, tax, refunds and support.
The app does not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. Its only permissions are Google Play billing and internet/network access, which are used solely to talk to Google Play about the Pro purchase. When you back up, restore or export, Android's own file and share screens let you pick a file or destination, so the app doesn't need storage permission.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Backup or CSV files you have saved elsewhere are not affected; you can delete those yourself.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.
The app is not directed at children under 13. It doesn't knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Because we don't hold any personal data about you from the app, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete – your practice log is on your own device and under your control. You still have rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR). If you have a question or concern, please email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (https://ico.org.uk).
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the app gains new features. We'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change affects how data is handled, we'll also mention it in the app's release notes.
