Start at the Welcome Desk. A friendly hp Kids volunteer will help your family check in and find the right classroom.

Returning Families

Use self check-in each week. Visit the Welcome Desk whenever you need assistance.

hp Kids Policies

To help us provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for every child, please review the following guidelines:

Food & Drinks

For the safety of our children and volunteers, NO FOOD IS ALLOWED in the hp Kids hallways and classrooms. We have children and volunteers with food allergies, and we want to minimize any potential risks. Freezone and Carolina Zoo provide plain Cheerios and water for children as needed.

Classroom Access

For the safety and security of all children, parents and guardians are not permitted inside the classrooms. All hp Kids volunteers have successfully completed a background check through High Praises Church and are the only individuals authorized to enter the classrooms.

Photography & Video

To protect the privacy of our children and families, photography and video recording are not permitted in the hp Kids hallways or classrooms.

Check-In & Pick-Up

If you are a first-time visitor, please visit our hp Kids Welcome Desk. From the hp Kids entry, turn left and look for the orange Welcome wall. A check-in volunteer will be there to to welcome and assist you!

Please use our self-service check-in tablets when arriving. After checking in, place the provided name tags on your children. For child pick-up, the parent/guardian tag number must match the child’s tag number.

Classroom Arrival Times

• First Service: Children may be checked into classrooms between 8:45 AM and 9:20 AM.

• Second Service: Children may be checked into classrooms between 10:45 AM and 11:20 AM.

Hallway Access

The hp Kids hallway is closed to all guests and visitors during service times:

• 9:20 AM – 10:45 AM

• 11:20 AM until all children have been dismissed

Child Pick-Up

Please ensure that at least one parent or authorized guardian picks up your child immediately following the conclusion of the service.

Children in Freezone through Kids Church (ages 2–5th grade) are to be picked up at the Kids’ Ministry Entrance breezeway doors (glass doors). After exiting the sanctuary through the front doors, turn left and follow the sidewalk to the Kids’ Ministry glass doors. Our team will escort your child(ren) to the breezeway doors, where we will verify the matching parent and child numbered security stickers before release.
