Welcome to the Weekly hp
KIDS Family Page!
September 6th
This week's lesson was about Having Faith!
5 Simple Ways to Make This Week's Lesson Stick
IN THE CAR:
On the drive home, ask your child what he learned about this week:
When Jesus told the official that his son would be healed, the man believed. Whatever we face, we can have faith that Jesus can fix it. John 4:46-54, Jesus Heals the Official's Son
HANGING OUT:
Make this week's lesson real:
Share a time with your kids when God rewarded your faith in Him. What was your need, and how did God meet that need?
AT DINNER:
Here are some great discussion starters:
Why did the man ask Jesus to heal his son?
Why did Jesus send the man home?
Why is it important that we have faith in Jesus?
AT BEDTIME:
Quiz your child on this week's memory verse:
“O Lord my God, I cried out to you, and you healed me.” Psalm 30:2 (NIrV)
PARENT TIME:
What you need to know:
Faith is believing without seeing, but faith is never blind. The more we trust our lives to God, the more our faith increases as God proves to be faithful to us! Ask God to renew your faith and to build a strong foundation of faith in our kids
Series Memory Verse!
"O Lord my God, I cried out to You, and you healed me." Psalm 30:2 (NKJV)
