That's because I'm guessing you're interested in how I actually achieved the goal I set myself to get back in shape and look and feel good again.

I'm Warren Tant and this is pretty much my story of how I gained weight and then found out how to lose it. And I did lose it!

The answer to my endless questions came from a friend that had been busy trying out some cool strategy he'd heard about that really worked. He told me what he did and I tried it for myself.

It works!

So now I'm sharing what I found out with you.

It's not a strict diet or exercise regime, although there are some things that you will need to give up and some things you will need to do. That's if you want to break free from the iron grip that the food industry has on you and millions of people not just in the US but worldwide.

Read it for yourself and decide for yourself.

If you want to do what I did, you can. It's safe and healthy, although there will be plenty of naysayers that will try to talk you out of it or claim that you need to check with your doctor first because, well, eating some foods and not others might cause you to lose weight!
