Examining changes related to the environment includes understanding changes in energy usage, carbon dioxide emissions, pollution, and natural disasters. All of the graphs below are from the website Our World in Data and show changes over time related to the environment.

To view a larger version of a graph, click on it and follow the link to the Our World in Data website. You may have to scroll down the page on the website to find the graph, but the title will help you locate it.

Your group's assignment is to select 3-4 graphs that you think illustrate the most important changes in the environment that have occurred over the last 100 or more years. You will present these graphs in a Google Slide presentation and explain why your group chose them. Remember to write your explanation under speaker notes..
