How To Download Espn Plus On Roku

i tried what you suggested about uninstalling the app and renistalling after a reboot. and i still can't get espn+ on the second device. it keeps asking me to subscribe everytime i go to the espn website to activate the subscription. on the first device i am fine watching espn+. please help

I've been trying to activate espn as usual with roku (espn.com/activate) but when I get the activation code and select Fios as the provider the Verizon page the normally opens up spins continuously (20 minutes and counting) saying 'Please wait - we are verifying your account'. As a test, I activated another roku channel I don't use much and it went smoothly through the Verizon FIOS activation. There have been a few glitches with the audio as sometimes the English commentary track has been missing. Usually, just a few minutes at the start of the first match, but on the 19th it went missing the whole day for some reason.
