AnTuTu Benchmark is a benchmarking tool for Android smartphones and tablets, that lets you check the performance of your device. Also, it is very useful if you are thinking of downloading games with high performance graphics.

I want to see if my iphone 6s's (current ios) performance is degrading, so I downloaded antutu benchmark to see how it's score would compare with a new 6s. At first, every time I ran the app the phone would crash. I turned off the battery's performance management protections, and now instead of the phone crashing, the antutu app crashes before finishing. I've restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, and run the app while the phone is plugged into a charger, but none of these made any difference. Any idea why this might be happening?

My life was so happy after jailbreaking my iOS 9.3.3 until the last month that I noticed something wrong. I look at battery usage detail and found that com.antutu.benchmark uses a lot of battery; therefore, I removed it. After that 2 weeks, I look at battery usage detail again, but com.antutu.benchmark still ranks in the top chart. Until now, it still on the top of the chart. Also, when I tap on the name, it provides me the detail that com.antutu.benchmark drains battery by audio(?????). How. can I fix this?

Hey there everyone, so i decided to check if my phone suffered from some thermal setback or similar and thus i found that running antutu 5 times in a row is a great way to check if its "OK" and the results werent exactly satisfying to me. Of course it was an app and we all know theyr not "trustable" altough this one actually seemed to be slightly correct (Cooler master) and before running any of the tests it was at 25,5C and after the 5th it was at 35,7 and i touched the back which was warm. Scores were the following: "1st was 54,325, 2nd was 53,237, 3rd was 51,895, 4th was 50,342, 5th was 49,021". So what you guys think of it? Was it okay or too hot to be good? Thanks.

The AnTuTu benchmark is so common that some hardware manufacturers have cheated on the benchmark, which made the benchmark unreliable.[12][13]In response to cheating, AnTuTu created a new benchmark, called AnTuTu X, which made it more difficult for manufacturers to cheat on the benchmark.[13][14][15]

With this, the Dimensity 9300 becomes the current champion in the AnTuTu benchmarking tool. And as the scores suggest, the MediaTek chipset is a better performer than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This should lead to the Oppo Find X7 offering a little bit improved raw performance than 8 Gen 3 devices.

One of the most commonly used benchmark tests for smartphones and tablets, Antutu, has been removed from the Google Play Store citing accusations of advertising fraud and violations of privacy policies.

Benchmarks need to be used a lose/vague performance index, it can be affected by many things especially because the OS is unix/linux and in order to run there are hundreds/thousands of background processes that can affect the antutu score.

Moving beyond the benchmarks, the iQOO Neo9 is anticipated to make its debut this month with a compelling set of features. The smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K + 144Hz new substrate straight screen, providing users with a visually stunning and responsive display. The front will house a 16MP lens, while the rear camera setup includes a 50MP IMX920 OIS main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens for versatile photography.

AnTuTu is a benchmark app from Beijing AnTuTu Technology Limited that checks how well your phone performs. It runs many parts of your device through various benchmark tests. It then assigns scores for each test and adds them to create the overall result. You can then rely on these scores to compare two phones. If a device scores higher, it means it performs faster and better. You can also use the individual scores to compare relative device performance between different parts of a device. However, users must take note of the AnTuTu version since the scoring metrics differ from version to version.

I did run a Geekbench 5 test as I was replying on another thread but in all honesty I do not read too much into these types of benchmarks as they do not in my personal opinion give a true perspective on how a phone works for the user.

The performance score for a device shown on this page is the median of all the results submitted by users with the same device. For popular models, the median performance score is calculated from thousands of benchmark results.

The battery life shown for a device is the median of all benchmark results for that model. Battery life is very sensitive to changes in screen brightness. While we recommending calibrating the screen brightness to 200 cd/m2 (nits) when testing battery life, this setting cannot be enforced by the benchmark app. As a result, the range of battery life scores submitted by the public is much wider than that seen when testing under controlled conditions.

OnePlus 12 will be launched in China on December 5. It is confirmed to include powerful specifications including a 2K resolution display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 24GB of RAM, 64-megapixel Sony LYT-808 telephoto camera, and a maximum of 1TB of storage among others. While we wait for the official launch, the flagship handset has allegedly debuted on the AnTuTu performance benchmarking platform. The OnePlus 12 has allegedly secured the highest rank on the platform with an impressive 2.3 million mark. It scored 5,33,566 in the CPU sector.

Tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese) on Weibo posted an alleged screenshot of the OnePlus 12's AnTuTu v10 listing. As per the leak, the handset has received 23,33,033 points on the benchmarking website. This prime score is claimed to be the highest score on the platform. This comprises a CPU score of 5,33,566, a GPU score of 9,04,961, and 5,38,511 in the MEM category. The UX of the handset has scored 3,55,995 points.

Motorola Edge 40 has an overall AnTuTu score of 675,325. The benchmark app also gives individual scores for CPU, Memory, GPU, and UX tests. Motorola Edge 40 scored 193,896 for CPU, 150,405 for Memory, 164,395 for GPU, and 166,629 for UX test.

@bysreg, you compare processors by benchmarking them on a workload similar to what you plan on using them for. The presented marketing numbers are only useful when comparing between very similar cpus.

Adding on to the answer above:Synthetic benchmarks are widely published, SunSpider (a JS benchmark) and Antutu are pretty popular for mobile platforms. As you would expect, a lot of things make a big difference on how various chipsets perform on these benchmarks. Caching schemes, on-board memory, abstraction at the firmware level etc.Apple has had a firm grip over integrating software and hardware to get the best performance even though on paper their specs are rather modest.

Another interesting thing to consider with benchmarks is potential bias by the compiler. In particular, the Intel compiler is known to generate executables that disable optimizations if they detect they are running on an AMD processor. ff782bc1db
