Since what we eat is all related to my own healthy way of life, a look at dieting made easy needs to be covered in these pages, so here it is!

While the main focus is on eating the most healthful diet possible for maximum health benefits, I also realize that an important first step for many people is to lose some weight. To do that certainly means a change of dieting habits.

However, it is not always possible, at least at the outset, for many people to make the kind of radical diet change that I have adopted for myself. An easier or at least more convenient way of losing weight needs to be adopted.
