I'm Mandy and I like to keep myself healthy and as fit as I believe I need to be.
I created this site to share what I have learned along my own journey through life to be the best person I can be. The knowledge and understanding I have gained over the years have helped me to avoid the more common medical conditions that I know a lot of people suffer from and lead an enjoyable, healthy life.
What I Know
What I have learned along the way has really helped me to do all the things I want to do without being restricted of hampered by illness. All the information I share here is accumulated over time through my own research into a variety of health-related subjects the way every good student does it - by reading literature and learning from experts.
You probably won't be all that surprised to find that I make use of natural, everyday things to help me stay healthy. These include eating natural, unprocessed and organically produced food, making sure my diet is nutritionally balanced as best it can be, taking daily light exercise like walking running, swimming and some good old traditional exercise routines that I did when I was at school many years ago!
I eat healthily, exercise regularly, breathe deeply and slowly and meditate as well as making sure I sleep soundly each night. I believe these things are available to anyone at no cost.
Everything I share can be done by anyone without any real risk to their health. I do not advocate the use of any medications, drugs, unnatural pills or potions or any strenuous physical activity that may cause harm.
Lastly, all information I share is my own opinion and need not be taken as a substitute for professional advice.
