Performance Wardrobe Requirements
Tights, Hair and Makeup
To be worn at all Tech & Dress rehearsals, as well as all performances

All female and nonbinary identifying students should have a skin-tone colored leotard.
All male identifying students should have skin-tone colored dance shorts.
Pointe Shoes
This is for those cast in the role of Penguin
Dancers will need to paint their pointe shoes black for this role.
At the end of the Nutcracker season, a reimbursement check will be made out to your dancer for the pointe shoes you had to paint. This is a standardized amount. If you have any questions about the reimburment, please reach out to reagan (rlynch@houstonballet.org) This is just for students in the role of penguin
