A native of Woodbridge, Virginia, Cayla is currently a graduate student at George Mason University where she is working towards her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a concentration in Social Justice and Human Rights. Cayla's goal is to establish her own creative agency built upon the foundation of her undergraduate studies in Global Justice and Humanitarian Affairs at James Madison University, which will center around her research in storytelling as a human right and form of archival practice.

Cayla has a background in bridal and formal ware with experience in both corporate, boutique and consignment spaces. Cayla looks forward to expanding her trade to open bridal shops around the country that will be welcoming to any and every bride. In her free time, Cayla enjoys furthering her fashion studies, reading, spending time with her loved ones, volunteering at her church, and curating playlists.
