Hotel Corporate Codes Chrome extension, version 1.0.1. Updated October 9, 2026.
When you search or change result pages, the extension sends your search text, selected brand, result limit and page offset to the HotelCorporateCodes.com lookup API over HTTPS. The service receives normal connection information, including your IP address and request metadata. Requests may appear in operational server logs. Do not enter passwords, employee identification numbers or private booking information.
The extension holds the current search and results in memory while its popup is open. It does not save search history or create an account. Closing the popup discards that state. When you click Copy, it writes the selected code to your clipboard. It never reads your clipboard. Copied text remains subject to your device’s clipboard settings.
Access is limited to https://hotelcorporatecodes.com/* so the popup can fetch references. The extension does not read other websites, browser tabs or browsing history. It has no content scripts, background service, advertising or analytics. Requests begin when you use a search or result-page control.
Searches are sent to the lookup service to return matching references. Connection and request logs can exist on the service independently of the popup. Server-side handling is described in the website privacy policy.
Opening a source link takes you to HotelCorporateCodes.com. Those pages use the website’s own analytics and advertising technologies, separate from the extension popup. The extension does not attach your current search to those page links.
Use the website contact page for privacy questions. Include the approximate request date and the nature of the request. Do not send passwords, employee documents or private booking information.
