When you arrive at the hotel, please check the room number and head to the booked unit's Outer Door.

Please check the Outer Door Combination Code (4-digit number) we send before your check-in via message.
To open the door, press [スタート]=>[Outer Door Combination Code]=>[エンド]
To close the door, just press [スタート] =>[エンド]. Do this whenever you go out to lock the door.

Input information into the Guest Registration（No need if you submitted beforehand）
Confirm the registered information（Shown on tablet）

②Input the Reservation Code
③You do not know the check-in code
④Entry code entered successfully
⑤Confirmation of Accommodation Information
⑥Check and agree to the Accommodation Agreement
⑦Submit each guest's information on Guest Registration.
⑧Take your picture.
⑨Your passport Registration
⑩Identification via video chat
⑩Check-In is complete.Thanks for your cooperation.

Input the key code provided upon Check-In into the key panel installed on the room door.
When it beeps, that means it is unlocked. Please enter.

Press the button at the bottom of the screen to activate
Input the Inner Door Combination (4 digit number)
Press [E], and the door will be unlocked
The door locks automatically. However, you can lock the door by pressing the button at the bottom of the screen as well.
Guest room door locks automatically. (It will be locked automatically when the door is shut)
The combination provided at check-in is required for re-entering the room.
If you do not know the combination, please call the concierge from the tablet in the lobby.
