• Be sure to lock the door while you are in the room, especially when you go to bed. 

• Please check the intercom for visitors (when it rings). If a suspicious person visits, please contact the concierge without opening the door carelessly. 

• Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Please refrain from smoking (If you smoke indoors, you may be charged a cleaning fee and a cancellation fee of the next guest's reservation if they cannot stay) 

• Do not use fire, candles, etc. for heating, cooking, etc. in the guest room without our permission. 

• Do not hang clothes or dry washed clothes on the lampshade.

• Do not use the guest room for any purpose other than accommodation, such as business activities (exhibitions, etc.) without our permission.

• Do not change the current condition such as moving equipment in the guest room, or making or modifying the guest room without our permission. In the event where that the equipment is lost or damaged, you may be required to reimburse the actual cost. 

• Do not take items and linens out of the room. If you lose items or linens or take them home, you will be responsible for the actual cost. 

• Do not place anything near the window that would spoil the appearance of the hotel. 

• Do not unnecessarily stain the walls, rugs, curtains, etc. of the room. If you caused the stains that cannot be cleaned, the actual cost will be reimbursed.

• Accommodation for people other than those who have registered as guests is not permitted. 

• Accommodation for minors only is not permitted without the permission of the guardian. 

• No shoes are allowed in the room. Please take off your shoes at the entrance. 

• Pets such as animals and birds. (Excluding assistance dogs) 

• Explosives, volatile oil, and other flammable or flammable materials 

• Things that give off a foul odor. 

• Guns, swords, and stimulants that are prohibited by law. 

• Gambling, immoral or disrespectful acts, or behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors.

• Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sale of goods, solicitation, etc. 

• Overflow of water or clogging the drain pipe in bath, washbasin, toilet, or kitchen.

• Noise or parties that may be annoying to neighbors and other guests

• You are responsible for managing your belongings during your stay. In the event of loss or theft, the hotel will not be held responsible. 

• In particular, please always keep cash, securities, and other valuables at hand. 

• To prevent troubles, please do not leave cash, securities, or other valuables in your room when you go out or when you have your room cleaned. 

• The hotel is not responsible for any items you left behind. Please be careful not to forget to take home all your belongings. 

• Use the designated parking lot. 

• Do not leave valuables and other items in the car in the parking lot. We are not responsible for any loss or theft while parking. 

• Manage the parked car by yourself. The hotel is not responsible for accidents or vandalism on the parked vehicle.

• Parking outside the designated parking lot is strictly prohibited. 

• Move your car immediately after check-out. 

• Usage of the hotel by organized crime groups or organized crime group members, etc．prescribed in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members enacted on March 1, 1992 is  prohibited. (Usage is prohibited instantly even when such facts are discovered after reservation is made or during the stay）．

• Usage of the hotel by anti-social forces or anti-social forces members organized crime groups, radical groups, etc．and their members is prohibited. (Usage is prohibited instantly even when such facts are discovered after reservation is made or during the stay）.

• When there are violence, intimidation, threats, overbearing and unfair demands or similar actions, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately．Those who have carried out these actions in the past are also prohibited from using the hotel.

• When it is difficult to ensure personal safety due to reasons such as lack of self-control from incompetence, drugs or alcohol and there is danger or fear to other guests creating the risk of an unsafe feeling, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.

• If there is a loud, singing, noisy act or other disgust or inconvenience to others in the hall or in the guest room, or if there is an act contrary to gambling or public order and morals, we will immediately refuse the use of hotel. We will refuse to provide the service if there are any other acts similar to the above.
