Hot Cold Globe Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
In short: Hot Cold Globe does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Data stored on your device
Your guesses, results, streaks and settings (units, colours, language) are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded, and they are deleted when you delete the app or use Reset statistics.
Network
The game works fully offline. When online, the app downloads a small public configuration file from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) to receive settings and announcements. This request contains no personal information. GitHub may process standard request data such as your IP address, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Sharing
When you tap Share, the app hands a short text (your guess count and coloured squares, no country names) to the share sheet you choose. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
