Chinenye’s journey into the STR space came from a deep interest in hospitality and the freedom that rental income can bring. Over the years, she’s trained in Airbnb co-hosting, property management, arbitrage, and property finding; giving her both the knowledge and the empathy to support clients at every stage of their hosting journey.

As Host & Flow’s Operations Manager, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from guest communication to setting up systems that make hosting easier. She is also a proud mom of two amazing children and a wife to a supportive man. She loves to travel, read novels, watch films, and design processes that make life simpler for clients. Her ultimate goal is to keep growing in property management while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and helping others do the same through short-term rentals. 

Lily is our vibrant Community Manager, making sure our online spaces are just as welcoming as our rentals. She shares helpful tips, connects with guests and hosts, and keeps the Host & Flow community inspired and informed across all our social channels.

Outside of work, Lily is an avid traveler who loves exploring hidden gems around the world. She’s the proud “dog mom” to two energetic pups, enjoys weekend hikes, and can’t resist a good romantic comedy. Her passion for people and storytelling brings a personal touch to everything she does, ensuring our brand feels like a friendly conversation rather than just a service.
