ELIGILITY

• Open to individuals 18 or older.

• Each referral must be for a new Host & Flow client.

• A Referrer may refer up to 10 different people, but cannot refer the same person twice.

• To receive rewards, the Referrer must follow Host & Flow on at least one of our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
  
  

HOW IT WORKS

• Fill out the referral form and receive a unique Referral Code by email.

• Share your code with prospective hosts or property owners.

• The Referee signs up for any Host & Flow service (Co-Hosting, STR Property Management, Property Finding, Rental Arbitrage, or any of our Extras).

• The code must be provided at sign-up or in the first email.

• Host & Flow verifies the referral once the Referee’s service agreement is signed.

REWARD STRUCTURE

• Referrer Reward: Host & Flow grants 10% of the first payment made by the referred client (see list below).

• Referee Reward: Host & Flow provides a welcome gift or service credit after onboarding.

• Selection of Rewards: Host & Flow chooses the specific gift or bonus—neither referrer nor referee selects the reward.

• Rewards are delivered within 30 days of the referred client’s first successful payment.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

• No self-referrals.

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.

• Referral Codes expire if unused within 14 days

• Host & Flow may modify or discontinue the program with notice.

• Proof of completed onboarding may be required before rewards are issued.

• You can refer up to 10 different people, but each person can only be referred once.

• To get rewarded, you must follow Host & Flow on at least one social platform (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
