GOAL

• To more actively re-engage in the practice of invitation and retreat, after having shared the space with them for a while.

OBJETIVO

• Retomar más activamente la práctica de la invitación y la retirada tras haber compartido un rato el espacio con ellos.

LESSON

• I think I need to review my invitation strategy, as I’ve received little response in the last encounters.

APRENDIZAJE

• Creo que necesito revisar mi estrategia de invitación, ya que he recibido poca respuesta en los últimos encuentros.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

• That day, I felt like one of the herd. When Frea came to test me, I didn’t move or try to touch her, and she understood that. Later that same day, Frea came closer again and began to groom me, like horses do with each other; I felt it as a sign of acceptance, and then she gave me a hug. I sensed that this contact with her was different. Flash also came over to say hello, and after spending some time with me, I gave him a gentle touch.

• On the other hand, none of my invitations were answered, and I don’t really know why, so I couldn't practice the retreat either. In the end, I just chose to stay with them a bit longer, enjoying the day and their presence.

DESTACADOS DE LA EXPERIENCIA

• Ese día me sentí como uno más de la manada. Cuando Frea vino a probarme, no me moví ni le hice cariño, y ella lo entendió. Más tarde ese mismo día, Frea se acercó de nuevo y vino a hacerme caricias como hacen entre caballos; sentí eso como una forma de aceptación, y luego me abrazó. Percibí que ese contacto con ella fue diferente. También Flash se acercó a saludar, y después de pasar un rato conmigo, le hice un pequeño cariño.

• Por otro lado, mis invitaciones no fueron respondidas y no sé bien por qué, por lo que tampoco pude practicar la retirada. Al final, decidí simplemente quedarme un rato más con ellos, disfrutando del día y de su compañía.
