• Continue cultivating an active emotional presence, free of expectations and open to the entire field.

OBJETIVO

• Seguir cultivando una presencia emocional activa, libre de expectativas, y abierta a todo el campo.

LESSON

• What stood out to me the most was that there were no fights between them, even though at times they split into two groups. Everything felt very harmonious and natural. And I was part of that balance.

APRENDIZAJE

• Tal vez lo que más me llamó la atención fue que no hubo ninguna pelea entre ellos, aunque en algunos momentos se separaron en dos grupos. Todo se sentía muy armonioso y natural. Y yo era parte de ese equilibrio.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

• When I arrived, I saw that all the horses were gathered at the far end of the field. Amir came galloping directly toward me, and the whole herd followed behind him. I wasn’t entirely surprised, as it was the first time Amir had seen me in that space. I remained calm, though I was also excited and curious to see how they were relating now that they were all together. A deep happiness washed over me, and since I was calm, the whole group soon settled as well.

• I noticed that Flash had taken on a more passive role again, and that Amir didn’t assert himself as the leader of the group either, which surprised me. There was even a moment when Luna set boundaries with him, not allowing him to approach the herd. Inca seemed to have resumed the leadership role, although she kept some distance from the group, perhaps due to her pregnancy. Her attitude was a mix of watchfulness and calm.

• I spent more time among them, and none of them withdrew from my presence. I felt completely accepted by the group. Even Alma came over to sniff me, and with that, Vida came too. There was a very special moment with Amir: he came halfway toward me, and I went to meet him. We greeted each other, and I think that helped his mother, Mary, feel comfortable enough to come over and greet him too. On a couple of occasions, I felt that the group was united as one. I don’t know if my presence gave them that sense of freedom, as I was there with all of them. Later on, I decided to explore the far end of the field, a place I had never been to before and that used to be a refuge where the horses would go when they wanted to be alone. It was a beautiful day!

• I wanted to practice Qigong with Inca, who was alone at the time. She got quite involved, showing curiosity, but eventually walked away, so I finished the practice with Flash. I had beautiful moments of connection with both of them: with Inca, it was a closer and more communicative connection, while with Flash, it was more energetic. Interestingly, Inca turned her back to me twice, and I wasn’t sure what she meant by that gesture. I repositioned myself in front of her, as that felt more comfortable for me.

DESTACADOS DE LA EXPERIENCIA

• Al llegar, vi que todos estaban reunidos al fondo del campo. Amir vino al galope directamente hacia mí, y detrás de él, lo siguió toda la manada. No me sorprendió del todo, ya que era la primera vez que Amir me veía en ese lugar. Me mantuve tranquila, también estaba emocionada y muy curiosa por ver cómo se estaban relacionando ahora que todos compartían el mismo espacio. Una gran felicidad me invadió, y como yo estaba en calma, pronto todo el grupo se tranquilizó también.

• Noté que Flash había retomado un rol más pasivo, y que Amir tampoco se impuso como líder del grupo, lo cual me sorprendió. Incluso hubo un momento en que Luna le puso límites, impidiéndole acercarse a la manada. Inca parecía haber retomado el liderazgo, aunque se mantenía algo alejada del grupo, quizás por su estado de preñez. Su actitud era una mezcla de vigilancia y tranquilidad.

• Estuve más tiempo entre ellos, y ninguno se apartó de mi presencia. Me sentí completamente aceptada por el grupo. Incluso Alma se acercó a olerme, y con eso Vida también vino. Hubo un momento muy bonito con Amir: él se acercó hasta la mitad del camino y yo fui a su encuentro. Nos saludamos, y creo que eso ayudó a que su madre, Mary, también se acercara a saludarlo. En un par de ocasiones, sentí que el grupo estaba unido como uno solo. No sé si mi presencia les aportó esa libertad, pues yo estaba con todos. Más tarde decidí explorar el fondo del campo, un lugar al que nunca había ido y que solía ser un refugio donde los caballos se retiraban cuando querían estar solos. Fue un dia lindo!

• Quise practicar Qigong con Inca, que en ese momento estaba sola. Se involucró bastante, mostrando curiosidad, pero luego se fue, así que terminé la práctica con Flash. Con ambos tuve momentos de conexión muy hermosos: con Inca fue una conexión más cercana y comunicativa, mientras que con Flash fue más energética. Curiosamente, en dos ocasiones Inca me dio la espalda, y no entendí bien qué quería decirme con ese gesto. Yo me reubicaba frente a ella, porque me resultaba más cómodo.
