GOAL

• Observe how much they want to approach and be with me when I am sitting. I feel that I need to rebuild trust and connection. Then, stand up and practice inviting them into my space, retreating, and see if they follow me.

OBJETIVO

LESSON

• It seems like I disconnected a bit from the heart and went back to the mental, worrying about the how, instead of allowing the invitation and the 'what to do' to flow from genuine connection.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

• I entered with my chair close to them and sat down, not too close, but enough. They were eating peacefully and saw me without seeming uncomfortable. At one point, I felt I should move to give them space. Then, Boston stood sleeping under a tree in the shade.

• Later, they approached when they went to drink water, but only Boston sniffed me while I was sitting., and they started eating behind my chair, which made me uncomfortable, though they were calm, so I stood up. I tried to invite them to approach, but it seems there was no connection or clear communication between us.

DESTACADOS DE LA EXPERIENCIA

• Entré con mi silla cerca de ellos y me senté, no muy cerca, pero lo suficiente. Estaban comiendo tranquilamente y me vieron sin parecer incómodos. En un momento sentí que debía moverme para darles espacio. Luego, Boston estaba de pie durmiendo bajo un árbol en la sombra.

• Más tarde, se acercaron cuando fueron a tomar agua, pero solo Boston me olió mientras yo estaba sentada, y se pusieron a comer detrás de mi silla, lo que me incomodó, aunque estaban tranquilos, así que me levanté. Intenté invitarlos a acercarse, pero pareciera que no hubo conexión ni comunicación clara entre nosotros.
