GOAL

•  That the horses begin to follow my intention in movement, maintaining freedom and choice, while strengthening the energetic connection. The goal is not for them to follow me yet, but for them to start noticing my movement as something safe and valuable, something they can choose, so that when they are ready, following me arises naturally.

OBJETIVO

• Que los caballos comiencen a seguir mi intención en movimiento, manteniendo libertad y elección, y reforzando la conexión energética. EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

• I arrived, and both of them were sleeping. Leche, the cat, appeared, and I spent a good while playing with her while the horses slept. Then Théo, one of the dogs, showed up, and the three of us stayed there together. It was fun to see how Théo respected that Leche was with me and sat on my other side while I played with her. It was lovely to share that moment with them.

• Later, when the horses woke up, I went into the field with them, accompanied by Leche and Théo. I saw Boston turn toward me and keep looking at me. I greeted them with the same joy as in the morning and told them it was my birthday. They spent a while eating nearby; then I moved to see if they would come with me. I saw Boston turn toward me and move a little in my direction, while Sofie went the other way. There was a moment when Boston made space, leaving us alone, but Sofie didn’t come much closer; she just watched me along with Leche and Théo. At times, Boston nipped Sofie’s hindquarters, making her run, and I felt that I need to work again with them on the independence of our relationship and theirs. There weren’t many close interactions that day; rather, there were movements of Sofie caused by Boston when she tried to approach me.

• That day, I heard a very particular whinny from Sofie; it’s one I would love for her to do someday when she sees me arrive. I’ve heard it only a few times, but I interpret it as an expression of joy. That day, Sofie did it when she saw someone arrive with a food cart, even though they were feeding other horses in another paddock.

DESTACADOS DE LA EXPERIENCIA

• Llegué y los dos estaban durmiendo. Apareció Leche, la gatita, y estuve jugando con ella un buen rato mientras los caballos dormían. Después apareció Théo, uno de los perros, y quedamos los tres ahí. Fue divertido ver cómo Théo respetaba que Leche estuviera conmigo y se sentó a mi otro lado mientras yo jugaba con Leche. Fue lindo compartir ese momento con ellos.

• Más tarde, cuando los caballos despertaron, entré al campo con ellos, acompañada por Leche y Théo. Vi cuando Boston se giró hacia mí y me quedó mirando. Los saludé con la misma alegría de la mañana y les conté que era mi cumpleaños. Ellos estuvieron comiendo cerca un rato; después me moví para ver si me acompañaban. Vi que Boston se giraba hacia mí y se movió un poco en mi dirección, mientras Sofie se fue hacia otro lado. Hubo un momento en que Boston hizo espacio, dejándonos solas, pero Sofie no se acercó mucho; solo me miraba junto a Leche y Théo. En algunas ocasiones, Boston mordió la anca de Sofie haciéndola correr, y sentí que necesito volver a trabajar con ellos en lo de la independencia de nuestra relación y de su relación. No hubo muchos acercamientos ese día; más bien, hubo desplazamientos de Sofie por parte de Boston cuando ella intentó acercarse a mí.

• Ese día escuché un relincho muy particular de Sofie; es uno que me gustaría que hiciera algún día cuando me viera llegar. Lo he escuchado pocas veces, pero lo interpreto como una expresión de gozo. Ese día, Sofie lo hizo al ver a alguien llegar con un carrito de comida, aunque estaba dándosela a otros caballos en otro potrero.
