GOAL

• Continue showing them how I truly feel inside, with honesty, and express any needs that arise from that same state of presence. Show myself without the need to control. Express clear needs as part of my emotional leadership, offering direction without pressure.Avoid the trap of passivity by practicing a presence that conveys intention before I move, and sustaining direction while I move, staying connected to both my inner intention and the field.

OBJETIVO

• Continuar mostrándoles cómo me siento internamente, con honestidad, y expresar cualquier necesidad que surja desde esa misma presencia. Mostrarme sin necesidad de controlar. Expresar necesidades claras como parte de mi liderazgo emocional, compartiendo dirección sin presión. Evitar la trampa de la pasividad, practicando una presencia que transmite intención antes de moverme, y sosteniendo dirección mientras me muevo, manteniéndome conectada tanto con mi intención como con el entorno.

LESSON

• I felt that there was a greater openness from both of them that day. Sofie showed more interest and movement toward me, and Boston allowed more space for my invitations, intervening in a more positive way. I also noticed a freer and more authentic response from Sofie, especially when she was upset with me. It was a day where communication became more subtle, yet also more honest and meaningful.

APRENDIZAJE

• Sentí que ese día hubo una mayor apertura por parte de ambos. Sofie mostró más interés y movimiento hacia mí, y Boston permitió más espacio para mis invitaciones, sin intervenir tanto como suele hacerlo. También noté en Sofie una respuesta más libre y auténtica, especialmente cuando se mostró molesta conmigo. Fue un día en el que la comunicación se volvió más sutil, pero también más honesta y significativa.

EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS

• I greeted both of them when I arrived. While Boston was sleeping, I spent time with Sofie, who was awake, practicing active emotional presence while transmitting intention and direction. I also invited her to come closer with a gesture of my hand. She showed signs of wanting to respond, though responding only partially. It was interesting to see that when Boston woke up and moved her, she moved toward me—that was a clear change.

• I continued including both of them in my intentions. I noticed that Boston no longer seemed to want to move her away from me; rather, at one point, he turned his back on me, as he sometimes does, and didn’t seem interested in participating. When I offered him my hand to smell, he turned his head away. Later on, at another moment, he accepted it.

• I was calling them to come closer. At one point, Sofie began moving toward me, but a dog appeared and startled her; she galloped between us, and everything froze for a few moments. I stayed where I was. Once things calmed down, Sofie looked at me and made a different sound with her mouth, showing her teeth, as if to say, “I’m really upset with you.” I simply looked at her, letting her express herself, thinking, “Nothing happened, you got scared for no reason. I would never hurt you.” After that, the atmosphere relaxed, and I continued inviting both of them, arms open, as if calling them for a hug. Sofie moved halfway toward me, and at that moment, they were called to go to their stable.

DESTACADOS DE LA EXPERIENCIA

• Saludé a los dos cuando llegué. Mientras Boston dormía, estuve con Sofie, que estaba despierta, practicando una presencia emocional activa y transmitiendo intención y dirección. También la invité con la mano a acercarse. Ella mostraba señales de querer responder, y lo hacía como a medias. Fue interesante ver que, cuando Boston despertó y la movió, ella se dirigió hacia mí. Ese fue un cambio claro.

• Seguí incluyendo a los dos en mis intenciones. Noté que Boston ya no parecía querer alejarla de mí; más bien, en un momento me dio la espalda, como a veces lo hace, y no parecía interesado en participar. Cuando le ofrecí mi mano para que la oliera, giró la cabeza hacia otro lado. Más tarde, en otro momento, sí la aceptó.

• Estuve llamándolos para que se acercaran. En un momento, Sofie comenzó a moverse hacia mí, pero un perro apareció y la asustó; salió galopando entre nosotros, y todo quedó en silencio, como congelado. Yo me quedé en mi lugar. Cuando todo se calmó, Sofie me miró e hizo un sonido distinto con la boca, mostrando los dientes, como si me dijera: “Estoy realmente molesta contigo.” Yo simplemente la miré, dejándola expresarse, pensando: “No pasó nada, te asustaste sin razón… jamás les haría daño.” Después de eso, el ambiente se relajó, y seguí invitándolos a ambos, con los brazos abiertos, como llamándolos a un abrazo. Sofie avanzó hasta la mitad del camino, y en ese momento vinieron a buscarlos para llevarlos a su establo.
