CASE 1 Carrier Qualifications

Description:
This lesson will consist of all graduating students to complete a full Case 1 recovery with their fellow trainees.
Task:
Instuctors will ATC, Marshall and LSO for all outgoing trainees.
Instuctor will ensure all trainees are fully prepared and briefed and full Case I recovery operations
Student creates Flight Plan
2.Mentor provides TACAN for GWA
-Student briefs Flight plan to Mentor.
3.Student will execute the Flight Plan with the Mentor in game master mode for observation
-Mentor will give Student assigned altitude for the marshall stack.
-It’s up to the discretion of the Mentor when to give a Charlie signal for commencement.
-The Bolter and Spin Pattern procedure will be pre briefed by the instructor prior to take-off.
4. Student Completes Lesson after landing.
Standard:
Student must attend the classroom portion. Student must navigate successfully to the GWA. Student must execute Flight Plan. Student must demonstrate the ability to navigate and fly the Case 1 procedure along with the Bolter Pattern. Student must complete all phases of the Case 1. Student must successfully land 8 6 out of 10 attempts. Own wave offs will not count against students total number of passes
