Questions and answers:

• How do I get my racquet to you, and how do I get it back?  We will meet you in St. Elmo or UTC, or you may deliver and pick up at our house on Scenic Highway close to the Lookout Mountain Commons.

• How often should I get my racquet re-strung?  The rule of thumb is that you should string your racquet as many times per year as you play per week.  For example, if you play, on average, three times per week, you should probably have your racquet re-strung three times per year.

• How do I know what kind of string to use?  We provide descriptions of the strings we have available, and we're happy to help you decide what's best for you.  You may also find this information helpful.

• How long does it take?  We aim for a quick turnaround, usually within 3 days and often more quickly than that.  We'll let you know up front if it might take longer.

• Are there any racquets you can't string?  We'll let you know if your racquet isn't structurally sound enough to string.
