A BRIEF HISTORY ABOUT HORACE CAREER COMPASS

Horace Career Compass was created to solve a problem I personally experienced.

When I graduated, I had the degree, the motivation, and the ambition; but I didn’t have guidance. There was no one to clearly tell me what steps to take, how to prepare for opportunities, how to position myself, or how to communicate my value, especially during interviews.

Over time, through work experience, internships, rejections, learning, and personal growth, I began to understand what I wish I had known earlier. Horace Career Compass was born from that gap.

Today, even though I am still learning and growing myself, I chose to stand in that place for others; to guide young people with practical tips, clarity, and confidence that I didn’t receive at the beginning of my journey.
