No. Horace Career Compass is an educational and career development initiative. I do not recruit on behalf of companies. My goal is to prepare candidates to perform better during real recruitment processes.

My job descriptions are clearly labeled as practice or simulated roles, in other words "Fake" They are used strictly for educational purposes to help candidates experience real interview scenarios and improve their skills.

Students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want to improve their interview confidence, communication skills, and job readiness.

No. Many of my participants are students or fresh graduates. The sessions are designed to help you communicate your potential, transferable skills, and learning ability — not just experience.

Yes, interviews may be recorded only with the participant’s consent. Recordings are used for educational content and learning purposes.

At the moment, everything I do is free. But with time and growth, fees will definitely be required. When it happens, any paid service will always be communicated transparently in advance.

Applications are submitted through the official Google Form shared on my platforms. Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule sessions.
