When she listens to music, her body needs to move. From a very young age, she began dancing Hungarian folk dances, and since then she has never stopped exploring different disciplines that have allowed her to better understand her body and develop a deep awareness of her movement.
One of the most enriching experiences of her life has been discovering Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz, and through them continuing to deepen her passion for dance.
She feels very fortunate to keep learning from great dancers and to be able to share her passion with everyone present.
Born and raised in Mallorca, Xesc began dancing Authentic Jazz Dance (Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz, and Tap Dance) over a decade ago in Barcelona. He was so captivated by these dances that couldn’t help himself on learning them all together. At the time, he was studying a degree in Psychology, but soon it was clear that his life goals had shifted for good.
Aside from learning the dance, he also started researching about it’s history, finding a great inspiration not only in the “old clips”, from the Whitey’s Lindy Hopper’s to the master’s of Tap Dance like John Bubbles, Honi Coles or Jimmy Slide (just to name a few), but also in documentaries, books, and any other resources he could find.
In 2017, he started teaching regular Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz classes in Barcelona, and soon he turned it into his way of life. He has taught regular classes in different cities of Spain such as Barcelona, Madrid, and Zaragoza, and weekend workshops and festivals both nationally and internationally.
He is also a member of the Cia. EnJazz, a dance company based in Barcelona created by Maria Ferrer and Aurélien Darbellay, with which he performed in various theaters, touring the show “Just a Mood” between 2021 and 2024.
Lately, he has done some teaching residencies in various European countries that allowed him to work with different partners in their local communities, while regularly taking part in both national and international workshops, festivals, and dance camps, whether by competing, teaching, learning, or enjoying social dancing.

Hailing from Lisbon, this band of six musicians met at jazz school and fell in love with swing dance after a chance encounter with swing dancers practicing on the streets. Since then, they've been stomping their feet at venues ranging from festivals, dance workshops to weddings and parties.
Expect high-energy swing jazz standards, deep soulful blues and a unique swing twist like the one they are lately working on: the classic Portuguese fado "Rosinha dos Limões".
