We use nothing but the best products for your yard. We do not do blanket sprays of multiple yards. We are not that big company. I will listen to your concerns and try to address them to get your yard the best on the block. We have had some great results in the last two years with our customers. Honesty, and Integrity is what we strive for. We will not lie to you to get your business!!! My goal is when your yard goes dormant in the winter, it stays brown and weed free until green up begins, when the only green you see if Grass not weeds.
If your not on our program and you have green in your yard during December, January and February you most likley have weeds. Give us a call.
We get our products from Harrells Corp out of Charlotte, and my rep is ready and willing to answer questions 24 hours a day. So if you have any issues or problems, please just shoot me a text and maybe a picture so I can develop a plan to fix the problem. Most of the time just simply communicating will fix the problem.
My Program is split into two different categories Category A (centipede/St. Augustine), and Category B (Zoysia/ Bermuda) and we use a multitude of products for each. I buy the product your yard needs. This is why we ask that you pre pay each round by the 1st of the month. Our estimates and invoices are digital and go out via email and or text. I buy the product your yard needs when you pay, and I apply it to your yard. Our program also comes included with a free soil sample. I will take the soil sample from your yard within 30 days of sign up. This helps me to determine what your yard actually needs,.
Our rates start at $60 a round for up to 5,000 square feet, and add $10 per 1,000 square feet for the 8 round program.

Payment Policy & Billing Information
Beginning in 2024, all new customers are required to keep a credit/debit card on file. Your card will be securely stored and charged after each service is completed.
(Example: Service completed on 1/29 → card charged on 1/29 after completion.)
Current customers will be gradually transitioned to this system.

Existing Customers (Pre-2024):
Payment is considered past due after 48 hours
A $20 late fee will be applied to the next round if unpaid
New Customers (2024 and after):
Card on file will be automatically charged after application
A receipt will be emailed after payment is processed
📧 All customers will receive a chemical application record via email after each service.
