In just months, Hope for Young Hearts has grown into a youth-led movement creating real impact for children with heart conditions. Through fundraisers, community campaigns, and collaborative events, we have raised $1,515 in direct support while building partnerships with organizations such as Heart and Stroke, SickKids, The Heart Foundation, LiveWise, Plan International, Save a Child’s Heart, and Guinness World Records.

A portion of our proceeds directly supports Jaya’s life-saving heart surgery and recovery, while additional funds contribute to children’s hospitals and global heart health initiatives. Beyond fundraising, we are building awareness, education, and long-term change — giving every child a stronger, healthier future.
