*Watch the video below on FOUND SOUNDS. It will help you find different ways to make instruments with things you have at home. We'll do a 'Jam Can' type of play along this week!

Find up to 4 items to play that sound like our Jam Can instruments: can, beat board, sticks, and tambourine. Grab those instrument items or any you learned could be a substitution! You'll need them for Mrs. Hooten's video!

First...

Let's play a fun game of POISON RHYTHM! Maybe you can teach an adult in the house how to play too!

1. Go to the Rhythm Practice page

2. Scroll down to the 2nd-4th grade Poison Rhythm link

3. Play! (Good luck!)

*Don't forget to clap & say the words to the rhythm but NOT the one with the poison rhythm on it! :) And remember, 'Shh' is silence. Do what Mrs. Hooten taught you. :) :)
