The development of human civilization, in return for its price, is causing a sense of crisis in the ecosystem due to climate change, natural disasters, and pandemics. Therefore, it is now time to support the eco-friendly development movement and to place greater importance on the practice of "ESG" and "carbon neutrality" along with nature. The development of New Clark City, which is currently being built as a "special economic zone" in the Philippines through a large-scale development plan, is foreshadowing the occurrence of environmental pollution in the future. Hooranky began his conceptual art exploration (action) to express the reason and meaning of "development and conservation" for the human ecosystem here, predicting that the role of the primitive area (hill) belonging to the city of "Kapas" bordering there will exist as an important asset of "carbon neutrality."  (November 12, 2024)
