HoopIQ: Basketball Tips – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HoopIQ: Basketball Tips ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
HoopIQ provides AI-powered basketball predictions, match insights, and analytics for entertainment and informational purposes only. Predictions do not guarantee any outcomes.
3. Subscriptions
HoopIQ offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly). By purchasing a subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
4. No Gambling
HoopIQ does not facilitate, promote, or encourage gambling of any kind. All content is for entertainment purposes only.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of Nixtech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our service and do not sell your personal information.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
