How do I make a thumbnail?
Tap New Thumbnail, paste your video title, pick a niche and style, then tap Generate. Open a result to edit the headline and layout, then export or save to Photos.
What are credits?
One credit makes one AI thumbnail set. New installs include 2 free credits. When you run out, you can buy a credit pack (Starter, Creator, Pro, or Studio). Credits never expire and there is no subscription.
I bought credits but do not see them.
Open Settings then Restore Purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you purchased with.
Do I need an account?
No. HOOK works with no login or sign-up.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Photos stay on your device and are only used for the thumbnail you generate. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
