Building upon our extensive research experience at the New Drug Development Center of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Medical Innovation Foundation (KMEDIhub), our laboratory has established a robust collaborative framework with researchers from a diverse range of institutions, including those in industry, academia, research institutes, and healthcare facilities. Our medicinal chemistry research is driven by the application of customized strategies, which are grounded in the analysis of various molecular targets, therapeutic indications, and the structural features of hit and lead compounds. Recently, we have expanded the scope of our work to encompass the adjuvant use of small molecules in cell and gene therapies. Additionally, a central aspect of our research focuses on the development of a novel chemical library of bioactive compounds, facilitated by the exploration of innovative synthetic methodologies.
