SARA PAMPLONI

Sara Pamploni has been a dancer pretty much all of her life. She has been on stages all over Europe, training and teaching other dancers.

In 2013 she moved to Berlin with the goal of expanding her professional horizon and moving more towards fitness.

Besides her work as a personal trainer she has also given boot camps and specialized in functional training, TRX suspension training and kettlebells.

Sara trains just about everybody. From individual sports enthusiasts to groups who want to get fit together - all with fun, professionalism and the discipline of a dancer.

 

SARA'S COURSES

In her courses, Sara focuses mainly on functional training with body weight exercises or the help of some Equipment. 

If you have some weights, great. If not, Sara will always find a way to get you in shape with what you got at home.
