After 30 years in the education field, Steve Barton has decided to tackle the Real Estate Industry. Having managed rental properties and “flip” houses for the past 5 years, this has inspired him into the business of Real Estate as an Associate Realtor. The enthusiasm for helping others helps him connect with clients and provides them with the best service possible.

Steve grew up in the Green Country area of Oklahoma and worked in several school districts throughout the area, has allowed Steve to become familiar with the people of this area. With a Southern charm and a competitive tenacity that makes him the choice as a real estate professional. He likes to win for his clients, but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. Most important to Steve is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Steve was born and raised in Stilwell, Oklahoma where he had a successful high school athletics career competing in football, basketball and baseball. On the baseball diamond he held the state record of most career wins (48) and most consecutive wins (25) while leading Stilwell to the first state baseball championship in 1985. He earned a baseball scholarship to Connors State College, was drafted in the third round of the 1986 Major League Baseball Winter Phase Draft by the Philadelphia Phillies but returned to school where he was named a 1987 NJCAA All-American as a third baseman. He transferred to Oral Roberts University to complete his athletic eligibility.

He and his wife Stephanie have three children, Ethan, Evan, and Caroline. His best friend at work is Sedillo.
