Home Genius is an App that allows to connect Parents to service providers for homejobs such as Babysitter/Home Cleaner/Private school teacher/school pickup drivers and other home services. This app is exclusively developped for Roumania.

Home Genius allows to connect Parents or home residents to service providers for homejobs such as:

- Babysitter

- Home Cleaner

- Private school teacher

- School pick-up drivers

- Senior people service 

- Other home services (electrical, plumber, other)

How to connect service providers and service requesters?

Option 1 - Servide providers applying to an offer

• service requester post an offer and details about location, job type, proposed price, start time and end time

• service providers will be able to filters all the offers by time location and job type

• once a service provider is interested in an offer, he can click on the "Apply" button, and the service requester will be notified

• Service requester will have the possibility to review the providers profile who applied and  select their favorite one

• At this stage the service requester will be charged one credit

• Then chat opens for details excahnge between the Requester and the Provider

Option 2 - Servide reauesters notifying available service providers

• service requester post an offer and details about location, job type, proposed price, start time and end time

• service providers put the dates where they are available, their city and their main competency amon the list mentioned above

• Service requester will be able to see the available people in his city for that specific day and whose main skill corresponds to the job type

• Service requester can directly notify them in the app

• Then the first Service provider who approves the offer gets the job

• Then chat opens for details excahnge between the Requester and the Provider

• At this stage the service requester will be charged one credit

Everytime a mission between a service provider and service requester is booked and completed, the Service Requester will be required to fill a review about the Service Provider and rate him/her from 0 to 5. Those ratings will give a ranking and reputation visible to all service requesters for future missions and better selection.

On the payment side:

•  the application only requires a marginal fee to the service requester when a mission is booked with a service provider 

• the service provider will not be charged in the app

• the service requester will pay the service provider directly in hand, outside of the app , in line with the price offered in the offer posted in the application

• Service requesters will be able to recharge credits inside the App via Stripe mobile payments.
