ARK studio llc ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI Home Decor mobile application (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle information when you use our Service.
We have designed our app from the ground up to be private. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information like your name or email address to use the app.

Images for Generation: To use the app's core feature, you provide images (such as your current room and a style reference). These images are sent directly to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not store or save these images on our servers. The generated images are saved directly to your device's local storage only.
Purchase Information: We use RevenueCat to manage and validate in-app subscriptions. To facilitate this, a unique, anonymous User ID is generated for you within the app. Your purchase status and history are linked to this User ID, but this ID is not linked to your real-world personal identity.
Performance Diagnostics: We collect technical diagnostic data to monitor our app's performance, identify crashes, and improve stability. This information is linked to your anonymous User ID so we can troubleshoot issues, but it is not used to personally identify you.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to gather aggregated, anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how users interact with the app (e.g., which features are most popular) so we can make improvements. This data is not used to track or identify individual users.
We use the limited information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the app's core functionality (i.e., generating images).
