Once you click "submit" on the registration form, you should receive a confirmation email that you're registered. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it.
If you will rent from a local store, go ahead and rent one before school starts. You may want to call the store in advance.
If you've requested information about renting from the school (select instruments & Instruments for All Program) your teacher will send that to you.
Students will have Strings or Band one day each week. That day will be communicated with students and families when the schedule is set.

Beginners:
While this is super exciting time, please WAIT until our first lesson and/or instrument assembly videos are provided before beginning. We want to make sure you don't accidentally break anything or develop bad habits before classes even begin. Beginning Strings students, please don't touch the bow hair or turn the black tuning pegs!
Set a weekly alarm to make sure the instrument and music go to school for Strings/Band class each week.
Desginate a location in your home for practicing that is away from distractions. A music stand is very helpful.
Put practice time on your child's schedule in the same way you would for a sports practice or for completing math homework. Example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:00-4:20pm.
Celebrate small accomplishments!
