I'm a proud Air Force veteran, having served 10 years with commitment and resilience that now fuels everything I do. After my military career, I pursued a degree in physical therapy and became a state-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in injury recovery, movement mechanics, and rehabilitation. From there, my journey naturally led to personal training, where I could combine clinical knowledge with fitness coaching to help people not just recover — but thrive.
Home Gym Lab is the result of bringing all these skills together. I offer mobile personal training, sports massage therapy, and online coaching, so clients can get expert guidance, real results, and personalized care — without stepping foot in a crowded gym.
