In participating in the event, I and any other adults and children under the age of 18 accompanying me, agree to hold harmless Holyoke Preservation Trust, its Board of Directors and their officers, all other sponsors and supporters from any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, and any other liability for injury, death, damage, loss or liability of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in the contest excepting claims arising out of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
