💐About Our Month🗓️

MAY has come! We use these remaining few weeks to enjoy all that we have learned and how much we have grown! 

 Show and Tell is in its final rounds on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Half day students bring in a special item to share on TUESDAYS.  Full day students may bring in their special item to share on THURSDAYS.  All About Me is another fun way we continue to learn new things about our classmates.  I send home the big poster when it is your turn for this special time! Many of you have waited a long time for your turn and guess what, your chance is coming!!  Your classmates look forward to asking questions about you too. Let me know if you have your clearances in order and want to guest read for your child's week should your schedule allow. We welcome a snack for the class and even your favorite stuffy friend to spend the day with us.🥰

For the month of May, our focus will be on finishing up our review of letters and continuing to work with counting and number recognition.  We do this with calendar, the number of days left in school (not too many left now), and how many types of weather we chart on our monthly weather graph. We'll be observing our caterpillars and their growth as well as naming their stages.  Everyone is excited about the final stage!🦋
