Workshops

The School also proposes hands-on workshop activities in which the participants will discuss in groups about relevant case studies, approaching them as a wide system. Participants will be introduced to the Case Study Activities and prereading will be indicated. Participants may select groups or be allocated if a reasonably even distribution of people across the 5 case studies is not achieved.

The case studies for the workshop activities are:

• Green Ammonia

• Critical metals

• Micro and nanopolymer contamination 

• Green Chemistry issues in Drug Design

• By-product resources or “Waste” from Food production, processing & consumption
