Registration fees

• PhD candidates from the Universities of Bath and Monash: free

• PhD candidates from the University of Padova: 150 €

• PhD candidates from other Universities/Institutions: 250 €

• Company employees: 450 €

The registration fee includes conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Green Aperitif, Networking event and (optional, by reservation) visit of the Museum of Nature and Humankind. 

Deadline for registration

The deadline for registration is 10th January 2026 !
