A PhD School dedicated to green chemistry synthetic approaches for circular economy

In a global context increasingly oriented toward sustainability and the principles of the circular economy, the chemical industry is required to profoundly rethink the processes of material design, production, and management. From pharmaceuticals to polymers, and from cosmetics to agrochemicals, chemical manufacturing represents a cornerstone of modern society. It has therefore become essential to adopt innovative and integrated approaches to address environmental, energetic, and resource sustainability challenges.

This Winter School promotes a broad and interdisciplinary approach to green and sustainable chemistry, integrating technical aspects with fundamental topics such as life-cycle assessment, circular design, and, above all, systemic thinking and the regulatory, social, and economic implications of chemical production.
