Holo-Asia 2026 is a pilot event for a planned series of annual conferences that will bring together researchers from across Asia and beyond working on the holographic principle and related topics.
To make participation easier for colleagues from many countries, we have chosen Jeju Island (Korea), a visa-free destination for many nationalities. Jeju is also well known for its natural beauty and pleasant weather, providing an ideal setting for intensive physics discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
Registration Note 1: While Jeju Island is a visa-free zone, please be aware that standard visa regulations may apply if your travel includes a layover in mainland Korea (e.g., Seoul or Incheon). We kindly ask you to double-check the visa policy based on your specific transit route and citizenship.
Registration Note 2: Due to limited venue capacity, we may not be able to accommodate all registrants for in-person attendance. If the number of registrations exceeds the available capacity, registrations will undergo a review process, and in-person participation will be confirmed based on available space. In such cases, registration may close earlier than the announced deadline.
The registration deadline is 20 April 2026.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your participation.
