Capacity & Registration: Due to limited venue capacity, we may not be able to accommodate all registrants in person. If we reach capacity, registration may close earlier than planned. Registration deadline is 31 March 2026.
Accommodation Costs: All participants are responsible for their own accommodation expenses. No financial support is provided for lodging.
Alternative Lodging: Participants are welcome to stay at other hotels (e.g., see below); however, such arrangements and booking must be handed independently by the participants. Please note that the organizing committee will only provide booking assistance for those staying at the UTOP Ubless Hotel.
