This set of nine email templates was created to help streamline communication between subject matter experts and instructional designers throughout the course development process. They cover every stage, from kickoff and content requests to review cycles, status updates, and project close-out, and include a quick-reference guide for selecting the right template at each milestone.

This storyboard plans a 12-slide e-learning course that helps adults navigate healthcare decisions during a career or life transition, from preparing records and comparing plans to estimating annual costs. It was generalized from a client project. Each slide is fully specified with narration, on-screen text, accessibility requirements, and strategic developer notes, creating a build-ready blueprint for development. 

The L&D Career Blueprint is an interactive workbook I designed to help professionals clarify career goals, identify transferable skills, evaluate opportunities, and build a practical 30-day action plan for their next career chapter.
